Kaiser SBS recently put new generation of proven hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive filling systems successfully in operation

For well known manufacturers of hot melt adhesives and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives, Kaiser SBS has for decades been synonymous for sophisticated solutions for production of their products. Since a couple of years the market demand switched from the filling into siliconized containers of various sizes to the continuous filling in plastic film bags because of their enormous cost and time savings.

Kaiser SBS has used the difficult market environment of the last years to optimize their existing process of bag filling systems further and has now, after a successful market entry, take the second generation of these machines successfully in operation at two producers of Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesives.

The new plants are particularly characterized by the fact that high-viscosity hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives can be filled continuously into a bag. With a newly designed and more efficient cooling of the film used during the filling and the bag after filling, the filling can be achieved which is far above the melting point of the film.

Customers particularly appreciate that you are not tied to specific film materials, and so the wishes and needs of their customers can be fully satisfied.

Soon 2 more plants of this new type are put into operation.
