We offer various test units built to your specific requirements. With these units our clients are able to perform tests within their own facility including small batch production or product specialty tests.

These test units can be equipped with several feeding devices to produce pastilles, strips or flakes. For optimum test results from a technical and commercial viewpoint we are able to dispatch our service technicians along with the unit for the start-up. 

The following units are available for rent:

1 Kaiser SBS cooling belt unit
0,3 x 3,0 with a belt width of 300 mm and a center-to-center distance of 3 m

This unit could be equipped either with a steel belt or with the new developed Q.max^® belt. The production capacity  ranges from 10 – 40 kg/h,  ideal for your initial onsite testing. All available feeding devices including our five  pastillators, strip formers, weir feeder, feeding funnels, crushers and cutters, etc. can be mounted onto this unit. The dimensions of this unit are approx.   2 m high x 1 m wide x 4 m long. Due to the small dimensions and the compact design this unit is ideal for easy and fast transportation and a smooth onsite installation.

1,5 x 10,0 with a belt width of 1.500 mm and a center-to-center distance of 10 m

This unit with the dimensions of a medium size production unit can also be equipped with a steel belt or with the newly developed Q.max^® belt. We are able to equip this unit with the pastillation systems ZN^®, GS^®, AccuDrop^® and Rollomat^®  which allows for  the pastillation of all products.
Depending on the products, the capacity of this unit ranges from 200 – 1.000 kg/h.
