We deliver custom engineered melting vessels, reactors, holding tanks and jacketed vessels for the melting, mixing, heating and tempering of several components and final products.

For hotmelt and melt pressure sensitive adhesives we developed a melting reactor for the melting, mixing and dispersing of the individual components, and especially the polymer which is part of the hotmelt recipe.

The specially designed shape of the mixing stirrer in conjunction with inner paddle mixing elements minimizes the necessary batch time.

In our test center in Krefeld, Germany we are using several KAISER SBS hotmelt mixers of various sizes which are available to our clients for scale-up purposes.
