KAISER SBS recently sold their fifth Bag Filling line for Melt pressure sensitive adhesives.

The client is a worldwide global player and manufacturer of various kinds of hotmelt and melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The new plant will be installed in Guangzhou/China.

This new generation of the Bag Filling process represents the new standard and recent developments of KAISER SBS. The unit consists of a product pump, heat exchanger, Bag Filling unit and cooling line.

The units special design allows for the glue’s filling temperature to be far higher than the melting range of the desired film.

The unit’s capacity is 1.200 kg/h and the bag size can be either 250 g and 2.000 g. 
The delivery and installation will take place in December 2008, the commissioning in early 2009.
